SLR Broadheads

Full pass through at 50 yards. Stuck in the dirt on the otherside. Head looks almost new besides some very mild blunting of the point.

I was planning on going with the 100g type S w/bleeders this fall for elk season. But when these came out and i saw the aerodynamic advantages i just had to order some. After a little tinkering, im confident in slapping these bad boys on my 445 grain Easton Axis 4mm match grade 250 spine arrows combined with the quieter and more efficient (at distance) 3 AAE Max Stealths with 2 degree right helical offset. They fly amazing and group well (@ 70-80 yards consistently) which i was originally going to fletch these up with the AAE Max Hunters for stability and arrow recovery (though louder) but now im sticking with my tried and true Max stealths. Cant wait for Elk season! I highly recommend anyone looking for a solid, accurate, and promising lethal fixed broadhead to give these a go.

Great gift

These were a gift for a new elk hunter. Hoping the SLR will fly well for someone learning the ins and outs of hunting large, Big Game, in the west. Nothing performs as well and as reliably, as an Iron Will.
