Ultralight Roll Top Food Bag (D50T Fabric)

A good food bag but could use minor improvements.

I used this roll top bag on an extended day hike in the badlands of North Dakota. I didn't have to worry about food cache invaders, and there were no trees to hang it from anyway. That being considered, it performed well and I appreciated how light this bag is, and it held up good. My one recommendation that I would like to see, is a flexible band stitched into the opening of the bag to help keep it closed when rolled. The material is slick and doesn't stay closed unless rolled multiple times, which limits storage capacity.

Enormous bear bag!

Replaced an older, well used bag with this one. Had delamination problems with one of my Hilltop bear bags and Ben was so kind and quick to respond with a credit for a new bag. Haven't had a chance to take it into the back country yet, but i know it will be on point. I love this company and their products. Thanks Hilltop!

food and gear bags

nicely made in america bags. the only problem i had was it took nine days before my in stock order shipped. that being said, i am very happy with the product and look forward to years of use.
