Phenomenal fruit-forward coffee

Methodical doesn't miss with their Ethiopian coffees. I'd been wanting a fruitier coffee and this was an excellent choice. It's every bit as fruity as described in the tasting notes, and its flavors are strong without being pungent or sour. In my opinion it's best for pour overs/Aeropress, but even the espresso is enjoyable. I'll be enjoying every cup of this bag.

Arrived fresh and smelling wonderful. Taste is light, slightly acidic and smooth. Really nice! Really appreciate brewing recommendations that come with your coffee. Followed your recommendations and my cup was wonderful. Your content online convinced me to try your coffee and I'm really grateful that I did!

Excellent roast, until it went bad in the 2nd week

This was an exceptional roast for the first week, with strong notes of raspberry jam. I set it aside to enjoy on the weekend, but somewhere in the second week it all went bad, replaced by a somewhat foul taste and something that disagrees with my stomach. I'm afraid the remaining half of these beans will have to be discarded.
