I finally replaced my 50+ yr old puzzle iron!!!! I was excited to see the same brand available. Just tossed the old one. The new version is much nicer and I’ll let you know when I try it out.

Fantastic machine!! A bit slow crossing the border from dear CA but we'll worth the wait. Ours is 25 years old works perfectly so we gave a new one to our son

I’ve been making pizzelles for at least 20 years on my “non stick “ iron and have had constant struggles getting the cookies to come off the iron without loosing several due to severe sticking. I would rate a batch by how many cookies I had to toss. As I make at least 20 dozen for Christmas each year, I was getting tired of the struggle and swore replace my iron with a ceramic surface. After doing some comparisons I decided to purchase the Vitantonio iron. Best decision I’ve made all year. My pizzelles came off the iron with no hesitation and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this pizzelle iron.
