The shipment was delayed with FedEx and the ice pack was warm

FedEx delivered after 5 pm, ice packs completely melted, product was too warm. FedEx deliverys have declined in service and quality in the last 6-8 months, they used to be superior to UPS, but are not anymore. Lousy service, poor delivery times, unconcerned customer service.
