Great customer service! My order was delivered elsewhere and they promptly lighted the situation. the quality is great and so far doing what it is advertised to do. I wish the glass inserts weren't sold separately.

The "Thermal Serving Dish" is so amazing, I now own 12! I bought 3 initially, and 9 more recently. Whether hosting at home, catering or heading to the beach, these have been a real game-changer for my family and I.

I bought three at one time and I took them to a water park. I put nacho cheese in two of them and my cheese stayed hot the first hour and was warm the next hour, I was satisfied on how everything turned out.
