Poor customer service
My item arrived to me in poor condition. The choices I was given were to reshape a brand new hat myself or go through a return process and repurchase with a 10% discount. This offer would leave me out more money and more work. The 10% off wouldn’t even cover my gas to the post office to return it, much less my time, and to have it reshaped professionally would cost more than the 10% discount would provide plus fuel to get there. Very disappointed.
