I ordered my replacement retainers in May, received them a month later and the bottoms were twisted and did not fit. I submitted all of the photos so they could make the adjustment. After months I finally received a replacement that was just like the order that didn’t fit. I have been trying to request they send a new mold and if I’m lucky I get the SmileBot to respond with a case number and never hear from SmileSet again. The Bot tells you to request a response from a human if you don’t like the Bot response, which I have and again, no response. I have tried the online chat and it told me they were locating someone to assist me, but no one ever joined the chat. It’s been 5 months since my order. I have asked them repeatedly to use my original aligner mold but apparently they don’t keep it on file because they just ignore me. 5 months and I only have upper retainers. Extremely disappointed.

Happy Customer

Getting my retainers was the easiest thing ever! I received the impressions kit which was insanely easy to manage. My retainers arrived maybe 3 weeks after i shipped out the impressions. My first time using the retainers was a bit uncomfortable, but luckily they came with a file for me to shave down some jagged edges. Overall good service.
