Pro Whitening Gel (Large)

Ehh no difference, I’ve tried other brands that don’t make my teeth sensitive and work where you can see the difference fast. Called to cancel and the girl on the phone was extremely rude about the scenario on why I had to cancel. That just made me think completely different about the company… I’ll put an update on when I’ve used the second bottle but I wouldn’t waste money on it.

It's ok. But customer service is terrible. I asked to cancel, and she kept over talking me, not listening, she just kept saying she'll pause my shipments. I said no I want to cancel. She kept saying if I want a white smile, blah, blah, blah. I had to yell at her" cancel, cancel, cancel!!!! Then I said look, you people advertise I can cancel ANYTIME I want!!!! Then she agreed to cancel my subscription, and I would no longer be billed for the shipment I didn't want. I offered to return the product, but she said no keep it, you won't be charged. I won't due business here again!!!!!

This is tricky to review. The product is very good, but I swear I did not buy it. I was charged nearly $50 and this came in the mail. Apparently I had a membership but, I swear, I did not sign up for it. I was not happy to be charged and had to work to find the membership and cancel it (I had absolutely no emails confirming a membership, for example). Felt very scammy. This product is definitely not worth the $49 and change I was charged.
