I feel that you all may be scam artists considering that I NEVER received my second order (even though I NEVER signed up for a subscription and you all made it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to cancel it online which seems fishy to me). The USPS tracking number provided to me from you all used 'counterfeit postage' - that's verbatim from the USPS tracking website. How dare you take my money and NEVER issue a refund or product?! Then when I reached out to your customer service department on 2 different occasions, I STILL NEVER received a response regarding this issue. I've already contacted my credit card company to have them do a charge back. My next step is reporting you to the BBB and any other place where I can give my honest review of your bad business practices. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

Never received this order! Cancelled my subscription because I've been paying monthly but not receiving anything. I wasn't aware this was a subscription. I thought it was a one time order! Very disappointed! Everything I order through shop lately has been a scam! Either I don't get it or I get something completely different from the advertisement. So done!
