I had been looking for a plastic free experience for some time. Many of the systems are extremely expensive. I tried Coulee because it was reasonably priced. I have found the operation of the system to be fickle at times. Sometimes a cup is shortchanged water and the next time my cup is filled to the brim. But the fickleness has not prevented me from enjoying the system. I love the coffee and wish the coffee was available in bags so I could fill my own filters with it. Right now I can only get the coffee by buying the prefilled filters, which can get expensive since I'm an avid coffee drinker. Overall, I'm happy with the system and very happy with the customer service and the company standing by its warranty.
