Came yesterday in a cooler, still frozen solid when it was 95 degrees out! Love that this company still uses coolers instead of cheaper, more "conscious" yet crappier packaging! The lobster looks absolutely perfect, just like my last shipment. Excellent company & product!

Not quite as tender as I expected. I grew up on Maine lobster, so I am used to fresh tender lobster. But it was ok.

Absolutely delicious and the seasoning is absolutely incredible. The only reason I took away a star was because I got zero notifications about the delivery date on the Shop app which I selected to follow my order with. It would've all gone bad if my husband didn't have to leave our house, hours after I had already. Nervous to order again, but I did start a subscription so I think I'm stuck for now. We will see how the next order goes.
