LOBSTER KNUCKLE MEAT (8oz)

Fast delivery, still frozen solid when it arrived.The lobster and crab were very good. I never thought I would see the day, eating lobster and crab, that I would say I can't eat anymore. It happened. I will definitely order again.

Be warned!!!!ive had multiple issues with this business. First, it took almost 3 weeks to get order. Company never once responded to my emails. Once I got it, I was really hoping it would be worth it. The 40$ lobster cakes tasted like a finely ground salmon cake and very dry. I followed the directions to cook. Next, the crab legs were very salty and rubbery. Again, I followed directions After all the order cost me 325$, why wouldn’t I? I won’t eat the remaining packs of crab leg meat- it’s that bad!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered on Shopify app so I didn’t know that the cutoff to order for the week was Wednesday at noon. After order was placed and payment processed then refunds and cancellations are unavailable. Ive never dealt with a seafood company that can’t cancel within a hour of ordering. I contacted customer service immediately after I found the cutoff times on their website; not on Shopify and of course no response. The company, advertisement, customer service and policy are giving desperate for sales! Is it convenient?; sure. Will I purchase again; maybe but definitely with precaution. I can’t comment on the quality of the product because the package arrived after I got back on the road for work but I will update the review when I can.
