Didn’t “approve” the bottom of my mouth for their “treatment” plan then just shipped out the top and expecting me to just want that ??? Never told me never called. Then they don’t refund me. Terrible customer service. Very very disappointed.

I've been using the aligners for 5-6 weeks now and can't believe I can tell a difference already. After all the money and years spent on braces in high school, this is a magical, affordable solution. So grateful.
