Patrick knows this method inside out. He presented the information in a clear and logical fashion, citing clinical and experimental evidence to support the method. He explained complex (and paradoxical) physiology in a clear way. The classes were divided equally between theory and practice of the method. Patrick also gave his time freely to make sure all questions were answered. The course materials are exceptional. The course was well worth the cost and time. I only wish I'd found it sooner.
