I think it works pretty well. Very easy to set up! Takes time to adjust to how you like to do it but overall I feel it’s been helping me get a good stretch every day. Do not try to bend all the way backwards because you can’t lift yourself back up, that’s the only thing I don’t like but they give you a manual on how to do the proper stretches so you don’t do exactly that.

Pretty sure I received a returned item. It was partially assembled with a new set of hardware thrown in. The first tume I used it it squeaked so bad it was concerning. I really dont even want to use it, its quite the opposite of relaxing when it feels like something is definitely wrong and the noise reminds you that you were ripped off. So tired of getting returned merch when I pay for new.
