Very disappointed the product was not packaged as shown. The item is a gift but arrived in a brown cardboard box which was squashed badly and only had a small sticker in it to identify the brand . I look forward to your response

My order came exactly as advertised. I have used the exfoliating towel, which was heaven on my skin. I can reach every part of my body with it, and it feels like a very gentle scrub, removing the dead skin and making my skin feel baby soft. I have also used the scalp massager/shampoo dispenser. My scalp felt like it was being treated at a spa, with the dispenser making it possible to place the shampoo where it was actually needed, keeping my mids and ends tangle free, but yet as clean as the rest of my hair. I will be ordering again for gifts and also for myself. A definite 5/5 stars!
