I feel like this company is a ripoff. I need to exchange my order and was promised that they do returns and exchanges. After a week of waiting they refuse to provide an address for the returns. I will say that I received my order in a timely manner, but ordered the wrong length and now they refuse to provide a return address. The only response you’ll get is from their “AI Assistant.”

These pants are honestly alright. They’re handmade so they take a while to ship. My issue is the actual material itself feels cheap which feels like the item is overpriced.
