KING SCALLOPS (16oz)

Placed order on july 29th. Didn't ship until Aug10. Originally was supposed to show up Aug13. Waited at home all day and late in afternoon finally said it wasn't coming until Aug 14th. Waited all day and finally showed up at 5:45 and after taking 4 days in a truck, it was completely defrosted and I had to throw it all away. This is second order in last few months where this has happened to me. The last time you replaced it and the replacement showed up partially thawed. I was tired of going back and forth so I just took the loss. I do like your products so I decided to give you another chance. Foolish of me as it showed up completely defrosted. I have been ordering from you for a long time. Never had an issue until lately. Maybe change shippers. I ordered from all fresh seafood and crab showed up completely frozen. Really dissapointed as I wanted to have a celebration with my wife.

Great packaging, as usual. The seafood tastes delicious and I love not having to do all of the work!

I could not track or receive it. I was a victim of the tornado in Merrillville and it was undeliverable. I could not get it any kind of way. They said they could not store it so I paid for something I did not get.
