if its not ur cup of tea give it a week...chances are you just need time to adjustand time to adjust

i originally got the sample pack...and im glad i did bcoz the flavours like werent my favourite. the regular stuff has a chai tadte but the sleeping ones flavour is my leaat favourite (given am asleep within half hour). i was expecting double the cocoa with focus and clarity so there was an adjustment period yet its noe my favourite. it all comes down to the milk you combine it with...wouldnt advise cows milk or cream (tastes a bit like a chocolated flavoured mushroom soup),and almond ccurdles. i like to use oat milk cause it gives it a sweetness. I wanted to give up coffee and now i rarely drink because i get a better result from earthrise without the crash i didnt realise was part of the problem.

A beautiful replacement for my morning coffee, so

A beautiful replacement for my morning coffee, I'd been looking for a replacement as coffee would often cause inflammation, this is gentle on my gut, and gives me the energy boost I need. The evening drink is beautiful to have to unwind after a busy day
