Cameron, Ultra Soft Cushion Adjustable Office Chair

Chair came very well-packaged and small parts were nicely labeled and separated. Two allen wrenches were included. I was very impressed with the weight and padding of the seat and back pieces. Note there are many screws of three differ sizes. Keep separate as they are not easy to visually differentiate once out of the package. (This 65 yr old woman didn’t discover this until nearly the end and had to redo some steps!) Instructions are all visual and well-diagrammed. Not counting the errors i made w the screws, it took me about 45mins to assemble. My husband was very pleased with this surprise chair and welcomed the fit, padding and adjustability of the chair. It is well made and performs as described. Very satisfied with this purchase and the seller. Would highly recommend!NOTE: During assembly you may have to lift and hold the bottom and its heavy and awkward. You may need an extra hand.

Chair is wobbly after assembling.

No extra parts after assembling so I didn’t miss anything but this chair wobbles even after checking all the bolts twice for anything loose. Also, didn’t realize it has no recline function at all. Feels like a giant waste of money. Looks nice and is ok comfortable but probably won’t last for very long.

Great chair, my partner loves it, especially the head rest. I only wish it was as even toned as pictured.
