6" Classic, Square PVC Column

I have tried on numerous occasions to reach out to this company through email and phone calling about returning a product. The phone does not get answered. Left a voicemail a week ago and still waiting on that call back as of today. They say return within 14 days of arrival on the policy which I have tried to initiate contact before that and now have gone beyond the 14 days waiting on a response. I can’t speak for the product because I have not Installed it only the lack of any type of response. I have all emails and phone logs to back this review as well. I do not like leaving these bad reviews so I will gladly remove or update if this situation does get resolved.
