The missing item wasn’t the biggest problem. The customer service was. My sealed, undamaged order arrived missing one of four items. I contacted customer service expecting a simple resolution: ship the item or issue a refund. Instead, after providing photos of the box and what I received, I was told, “It has all 4 items ordered” and “I check & all items was in the box.” Mistakes happen, and I understand verifying a claim. What I don’t appreciate is being told something was in my package when it wasn’t, effectively questioning my honesty over a $14 body wash. After more photos and back-and-forth, the representative finally “verified the details,” apologized, and issued a refund. The refund is appreciated, but this shouldn’t have required so much effort. A fulfillment mistake is understandable. Making a customer prove they aren’t lying about it is not. Good products earn the first purchase. Good service earns the next one. This experience makes me hesitant to purchase here again.
