CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

Daily energy and mental clarity

I've been taking 5g of Lakoa creatine daily for a few months now. I originally started taking it manly for strength and muscle recovery after my workouts. I have actually noticed the biggest difference in how I feel mentally. Despite not training a huge amount lately, I've noticed a difference in my day to day energy and mental clarity. This is definitely now a staple supplement in my daily routine. The subscription option is also so helpful!

Had a settling in period but happy with the product

Initially found this to cause a bit of bloating. Reduced to 3/4 scoop for 2 weeks and can now tolerate the full scoop.

The best I've tried

Such a great creatine powder, not at all chalky and it's tasteless. I'm a bit annoyed I purchased a so called reputable brand before discovering Lakoa, I will be switching to this from now on.
