Toe Spacers

They seem to be helping, especially with the right foot which has limited rom big toe. I do feel my right glute engage while walking which hasn't happened in a while. Combining this with other rehab/exercises for feet.

I've been using the small size for a couple of weeks now and I'm really impressed. The quality feels great right out of the box, and it's been super easy to use from day one.

I had previously purchased spacers from Correct Toes and wore them until they tore. Looking to save some money, I purchased these, and they don't fit as well and give me blisters.
