Honestly it reminds me most of Marlou / Corpalium, but the sweetness is significantly more pronounced here. The Marlou is more complex but also more expensive. The point is, there's something funky about English majors. I like it.

the paper note in this gives more fresh notebook/xerox paper than ephemera's paper note. the marshmallow and orris are great, but quickly get a little cloying on me. i can see why it's one of their best sellers for sure, just wish it worked better for my chemistry!

Okay. So I picked up a trial of this one because I heard it was close to Whispers in The Library. In my opinion it's not it, but does have similar notes like the paper I love so much in it and this one is just sweeter. I realized it's a fantastic layering base! Right now I'm using it with One Day's Jasmine Tea and I am loving the combination so far. So this is fantastic when I want a skin scent, and when I want something a little more; adding the layer. I can't wait to play with this one a bit and see what else it plays nice with!
