We are Texas residents but are working in West Virginia, and we can tell a difference in the quality of NON-Texas beef! So we were elated to find out we could order directly. Our order came completely frozen still, which I was a little worried about. So we are completely satisfied and want to order more of the ground beef. We haven't eaten all of the other ones yet.

First time ever ordering any type of meat online. Shipping arrived on day scheduled but did sit on the truck in the Florida heat till dark. A couple of chubs in the big packed box were softened. Still went right into freezer and tonight was first night cooking a chub and my Lord best darn cheeseburger I have ever had! I almost ruined it by putting bacon on it! (Joking) but absolutely delicious. Took advantage of the 48 special and definitely be returning for more. I did not receive the holiday catalog unfortunately :( but definitely recommend the 80/20 ground beef.

I immediately thought let me slow cook this beautiful Chuck roast, I wanted a larger size Bur this was delicious, so sorry wasn't much left to take a picture I will be grilling hamburgers this weekend Thank you
