USDA Prime Boneless Ribeye Steak

I have been searching for years for prime beef that tasted like it came from a high-end steakhouse. I have finally found it. These ribeye's were the tastiest ribeye's I have ever had the pleasure to grill at home. I look forward to the filet mignons and New York strips that came in our order. Also, the included strip steaks will make great fajita's I'm sure. Well done and thanks!

The shipment was supposed to be a suprise birthday present, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed. The communication took a while but probably because there was a holiday. I ordered 4 prime ribeyes. 3 of the steaks were a perfect cut. The steaks were very tender. The 4th steak had a lot of excess fat. The seasonings was a nice addition. Looking forward the trying the tallow and Denver steaks.

I am seeing false advertising as both the catalog and website show prime ribeyes as close to 1 inch thick. They used to be a few orders ago but the last 2 orders they are more 1/2 inch thick which does not make for great grilling. I even ordered prime this time hoping the cut would be better. I understand that it is hard for farmers to make a living but I would rather pay more for a thicker cut like in the photos for a better grill.
