Beyond Immerse™ Cherry Berry

OK I am NOT reviewing the product because unfortunately it was Fedex that delivered my product 3 days later, keeping this perishable items in their truck a whole weekend so when they arrived all thawed and soggy with a weird smell i of course wouldn’t eat them, however, I kept the company in the loop since the moment i knew my products wouldn’t be delivered on time , I kept sending the store several emails, maybe they dont work over the weekends and thats fine but by monday i had not gotten any responses (not even when i sent an e-mail asking how much longer was it gonna take to get the order since two weeks had passed and they never replied either) i had to start a charge back and maybe then i finally got their attention and said that they would have repleced the items but alas too late… I would have loved to try their stuff. I am rating rhe customer service not the products themselves . Ive had a bunch of issues with other deliveries from other stores and they took care of me asap.

I love most Beyond products but this? Sorry folksbut back to the drawing board’cuz this is awful. I’m always looking for fast easy ways to add more protein. This will not be it. Very disappointing that you actually thought this was good enough to sell. I trusted Beyond.

I like that it is 20grams and isnt chalky ,, i dislike that it is shipped and sometimes comes damaged ,, i also think it is pretty expensive i think 20$ not 30$ would be more reasonable
