Mozzarella

This is redeeming cheese for Vegans. Hard to find cheese products that taste goog. This mozzarella tastes like mozzarella, slices like mozarella, and can be frozen. it isn't that weird firm texture that some plant cheeses are. Non vegan people cannot tell the difference.

Simply unbelievable. It is delicious, creamy, easy to shred and best of all it melts. You have really outdone yourselves with the mozzarella. Am so grateful, I have had a "cheese" life back for several years now. Thank you!!!
