Red Rooster continues to impress, and the Burundi Ntwari Natural is another great example. This coffee delivers exactly what I look for in a light-roasted single origin: bright fruit, sweetness, and excellent clarity without sacrificing body. The blueberry character comes through beautifully, balanced by brown-sugar sweetness and a delicate tea-like finish. The natural process adds plenty of fruit without becoming overly funky or fermented. Complex, clean, and very enjoyable, especially if you appreciate fruit-forward coffees. Another winner from Red Rooster.
