I love this machine!! it’s so much easier to use than my Ender 3 v2 and max Neo. I wouldn’t recommend give it 5 stars but the camera quality kinda sucks tbh so thats why it gets 4 stars. Other than that I would highly recommend this printer.

My printer arrived totally destroyed inside a box full of dings and creases. I attempted to assemble it and it would not perform the basic setup tests past #3. I have submitted 3 emails to Creality with pictures of the box and the damaged printer. I was really looking forward to using my new printer and trying out multi color with the Crealty HI. Awaiting the decision of what is going to happen to replace this demolished one.

Great for beginners and experienced users

I bought one combo when they first came out. I have been very happy with the print quality and the ability to do multi-color. I have since added another HI combo and it has performed just as well. Very happy with this line of printers.
