Need a better Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control Deparment

Expensive, when compare its smaller quantity with most of quality competitors at similar prices. Short handled spoon inside a stupid designed container, so tight that a normal side hand side can't go inside to reach the short spoon. I won't buy it again.
