Mario Wool Stand-Collar Jacket

I would not recommend purchasing from Polumi. The company does not clearly disclose at checkout that they reserve the right to send a variation of the product shown online. The jacket I received was significantly different from what was advertised. It arrived with bright, cheap-looking plastic gold buttons that made the jacket look low quality, and the button placement was also different from the product photos. When I contacted customer service, they stated I could receive a refund only if I paid for return shipping myself. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the misleading product representation and poor customer service.
