Arctic™ Cooling Dog Mat | AUS

Cooling mat does feel cool but the measurements are not pretty website. Much smaller than it is supposed to be as well as the bandana. Too small. Doesn't fit. Products not as described. There is also no cushion inside, ZERO. it's like two pieces of fabric sewn together. I'm returning. It got two stars only because it does feel cool but nothing else is correct. I bought a really cheap one almost identical on Temu that does the same.

DO NOT ORDER!!! They claim they are a ‘proud British family run company’ then on another advert they state they are a ‘proud American family run company’ so which is it? Then my order took weeks to arrive, and the cooling mats are not great! Also states ‘money back’ after 30 days if not satisfied….. but thats only if you have not used it, how are you supposed to know what its like if you cant try it? Oh, and you are responsible for the return fees to wherever they have shipped them from in China probably!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I am reporting to Trading Standards and to all platforms advertising these for The Dog Hub Co and will be using my own animal rescue platform and contacts to make everyone aware

I have to say my two dogs really like the Arctic cooling mats. Just wish I had bought the largest one available. Both dogs sleep on these cooling mats instead of the floor to keep cool especially after long walks. Would highly recommend.
