Dark Roast - Whole Bean

When I grind my beans from Brazen, the oils stick to the top of the container. This tells me it will be an excellent cup of coffee.

Rich and full of flavor. Not too oily. It easily knocks out of my portafilter, which tells me that it is properly dark-roasted. The Kona dark roast is a more expensive than I would prefer to pay. The only reason I am rating this four instead of five stars is that I have tasted out-of-this-world coffee in London, New York, and Washington, DC that I am searching far and wide to replicate. I have not found that wonderful flavor yet.

The coffee is exactly as expected. Very well roasted and very tasty when brewed. Mahalo!
