the quality is stupendous, the customer service divine. I just use this all by itself. with herbs, of course like thyme, sage, dill, and Eden Food's Furikake. I partake, thanking the Creator for making such majestic animals, and for the many folks at North Star Bison who process them with love and thanksgiving

Elk Chili

First time trying ground elk and it was great. Initially I was going to make elk tacos but decided to do a chili and it turned out great. It is a little different to cook so you have to keep an eye on it versus beef chili.
