Excellent Cheeses!
Had my first order from Northstar arrive about a week ago. Got some cheeses (raw cheddar and raw gouda). Everything arrived in excellent shape and good timing. Flavor profiles are fantastic and love the bite of the aged cheddar and smooth creaminess of the gouda with still strong flavor. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Perfect in every way
