Calm & Clarity™ Mints

It does help when I need to relax! Ingredients are questionable.

I take one when I am feeling my mood shifting towards irritability. One usually does the trick, awareness comes into play as well. Only downfall for me is the ingredients. Sorbitol and natural flavors pushes me to take less and want to find a better option. Also, Xylitol is usually derived from corn which is also an issue.

Works to calm- not a fan of the taste

Product works well enough, but the flavor is chalky and not very pleasant in my opinion. I love the energy and focus ones and had really high hopes for these. If these tasted better I would give it 5 stars

Great for those hectic days

First time purchasing these and they're really nice to be able to calm down after a hectic day.
