TEST KITCHEN - GARLIC GINGER BEEF JERKY

Great flavor and texture. The garlic and ginger combination is spot on. My Asian girlfriend LOVES it and tells me all the time to eat more ginger. It's so good for you!

Thus far I have enjoyed the majority of the beef jerky that I have tried. This one was just okay for me. I am not a huge garlic lover, however, I do like the ginger taste. This is one of my husband's preferred choices. It hits that savory spot for him. As for the texture, note their style of jerky. They talk about this on their website. I like the texture of some of the flavored ones, however, not all of them are created equal in the texture. This one is okay on the texture, however, for me, I would not repurchase, because I did not enjoy the flavor that well.

Yummy. Mostly garlic flavor, I can't taste much ginger, but for me, that's for the best lol.
