My wife and I were on Orcas Island, Washington of all places when we came across this coffee in a book/coffee shop. The cortado they made me was so delicious that I had to ask the brand they used. It was Dancing Goats. We’ve been using the Dancing Goats blend in our Gaggia super automatic since and we love it.
