Good flavor

It doesnt taste 100 percent like pumpkin pie but If you add a little more nutmeg , all spice it taste great! Plus I like the ingredients

great value for the dollar per gram of protein and they disclose each gram's value as per nutrition content. as for flavor, this is personal and i cannot comment on it. some people will like it, some will not. for me, it is just an average birthday cake flavor, mediocre to lower than mediocre but i drink protein for performance not flavor. some may love it. i am on the sweeter side of food so it's gotta hit real sweet for me and this does not however that may be up your own alley as you may prefer a gentler subtler cake taste.
