Very disappointed with the tote bag I received. Instead of a beautiful brown leather bag, I have received a cheap looking, fake, red bag. I have emailed a complaint to the company, but have not received a reply. Will never buy anything again from them. I paid a hefty price for a cheap quality, ugly bag.
