Definitely Helps With Strength & Performance

I’ve been using Kion Creatine consistently with my strength training, and I definitely notice the difference in my workouts. I feel stronger, I’m able to push through my sets better, and I don’t fatigue as quickly when I’m training hard. I also like how my muscles feel fuller and stronger without feeling heavy or weighed down. Recovery has been better too, especially when I’m training several days a week. It mixes really easily, doesn’t have that gritty texture some creatines have, and it’s simple to add into my routine. Definitely one of those supplements I notice more when I’m consistent with it.

Not for me but did what it was supposed to do

This was my first time trying any creatine and the differences were noticeable within a few days. I don't think this was due to the make up of the product, but I felt a little puffy with the extra water retention and I think creatine may not be for me. Love the clean ingredients and would recommend this brand to friends and family.

Creatine has been a great addition to my morning, especially after sleepless nights with kids. I have energy for the day as well as for my workout.
