This tea is a monster! I tried brewing it in two different gaiwan, one mutton fat and the other silver lined(both amazing and purchased here). I tried first with the mutton fat at recommended water temp and it's just easy drinking, perfect for any occasion. When I moved up to boiling water things got interesting. The sweet turned to smoke in the best possible way. I then tried the silver lined gaiwan and it may as well been a different tea and honestly I could not tell you wich I liked better. I highly recommend this tea

Incredibly delectable red oolong!
I LOVE the loooong finish of mouth feel, a clean pure sweetness that has NO rival. I drank it this morning, then proceeded to cold-brew-first time for me, a life-long tea drinker. I’m inhaling the roasted cacao/nuttiness wafting from my tea pot while sipping the sweet nectar. Life is glorious!
