Softest Mat EVER!
This mat exceeds my expectations. I was using my yoga mat folded over several times during my Pvolve session, and believe me, the yoga mat is no substitute for this Pvolve mat. It is so soft and you can kneel on it with absolutely no discomfort. I'm in my 70's and at my age, I can't live with anything but this Pvolve mat. No regrets on the substitution! Added benefit - it's easy to move into place during workouts.
