Even with great expectations, I was impressed by a cutting board of the highest quality. Was it expensive? Yes. But with proper care, I am confident it will prove to be a more than worthwhile investment. It is free from any visible surface flaws, and I am happy with the top juice groove and quality of the legs (they make for a nice, stable surface).
