This company and Director Value Dispense are horrible in customer service and communication with the customer. I placed an order online and was given a delivery date BEFORE I was to fly to Wyoming from Utah. The package got lost in Las Vegas so it was 3 days after my departure. The post office in Santa Clara immediately forwarded the package to the city in Wyoming, but it has taken 8 days for it to leave Utah and arrive in Wyoming? The package just arrived after placing the order I. September. I paid $10.99 for shipping? Ineptitude.
