The fabric is terribly inferior. I am shocked J. Queen would be associated with such a poor quality product. I only kept tham because I have been unable to find a 96" top sheet.

Long time Customer; First Time Terrible Experience

The issue was not with the items ordered but the return process. This was my first time ordering sheets. I love the comforter sets. I placed an order, I ordered the correct size (king). The item arrived and was a full size at best. This had to be learned by opening the package which also said king. Packaged the item in its original packaging and went through the return process. The item was received to them on June 9. I sent three emails inquiring about my refund. I received no response. Finally, I find a number online. Call, I get told the item was returned damaged but the Rep said she couldn’t see why. It would take her one to two days to get back with me. The items were only out of the package for 10/15 minutes. If they had sent the correct item, we wouldn’t be having this problem. However, I think this company is trying to right their wrong at my expense.
