Delicious hot cocoa and OUTSTANDING customer service

First, the cocoa is perfection - a mug of the hot concoction is like a hug. And the marshmallow - what a treat!!! I saved mine to eat on its own since I'd never had a marshmallow that didn't come out of a bag with 50 more just like it, and it was such a delight on its own. Now about the customer service: I ordered this "kit" and it arrived, unfortunately, with a broken mug. I contacted FH, described the problem - expecting quite rightly to receive a fresh mug - and the rep insisted on replacing the entire box of all products. THAT is going above and beyond. So I really want to thank you for the wonderful customer service you provide...it's becoming quite rare to find even average customer service. Thank you for your high standards.
